Come Serve With Us

Your team will share the love of Christ with the wonderful people of Nicaragua.

Mission teams stay at the Dream Center, where they have a place to rest and refresh after days of serving in the community. Teams are hosted by leaders who already know the churches, families, children, and ministry needs on the ground.

Each trip is built around practical service and gospel-centered relationship: showing up, working alongside local leaders, and returning home with hearts changed by the people they served.

Before You Come

A few helpful answers for teams considering Nicaragua.

Every team begins with a conversation. These basics will help your group understand the heart of serving with On Eagles Wings Ministry.

What kinds of groups can plan a trip?

Churches, schools, families, and other groups can start a conversation about serving. Tell us who is on your team and what kind of ministry your group hopes to support.

What can our team help with?

Teams may support feeding programs, sports clinics, medical outreach, construction and practical care, leadership training, women's ministry, school ministry, or service alongside local churches and leaders.

Where do mission teams stay?

Visiting teams stay at the Dream Center, which provides a home base where groups can rest, reflect, and prepare for another day of serving.

How do we begin planning?

Use the inquiry form below, choose “Planning a Mission Trip,” and share a little about your group. The On Eagles Wings team will follow up to continue the conversation.
